I highly recommended to educational leaders should make use of blogs as their professional journals. Educational leaders using blog would bring a great resource for inquiry and reflection of their actions. The blog can be used as a feeding data and results for action research activities and projects. The use of blog to collect and extracting data would be useful for decision-making and problem solving regarding to education and campus issues. This is may provide an opportunity to receive feedback from classmates and colleagues by posting topic of interest or issues to seek for collaborative participants for advices and ideas. For me to use this blog may fit with my inquiry into how the use of technology can be merged in professional development within the campus environments.
